Josh Gossard discovered real estate in 2014 as he was transitioning out of his defense contracting position in Afghanistan.
In 2015, Josh's first full year in the business, he sold 6 homes. The following year he went on to sell 36 homes. Then 48 in 2017 and 52 in 2018.
In September of 2019 Josh accepted the Team Leader Role at Keller Williams Realty Centre where he fulfills his true passion of coaching, consulting and developing other real estate business owners.
